Step 1

• Read in detail the Arrival Guide that was sent to you via Podio
• Upload a copy of your approved visa in your Podio profile.

Step 2

• Buy your flight ticket, insurance

Step 3

• Important: please attach the following documents (ensure they are saved with the following format: Document name – Your name):
  • Approved Visa.
  • Insurance  (if not activated or purchased, please click here) – if you are going to USA, and don’t have your insurance card yet, please email your coordinator (you do NOT need to fill in the form if you are going to USA).
  • Flight ticket
  • Emergency contact information
